Mmm, full. nyxie and I made shrimp and mushroom okonomiyaki for dinner tonight. It's the first time I've tried it and I think I'm hooked. I had no idea it was so filling though.

I couldn't find okonomiyaki sauce anywhere here (and the staff at both of the large Asian markets here couldn't help) so I used tonkatsu sauce instead, which worked out great, plus a bit of Kewpie mayonnaise and wakame instead of katsuobushi because it was already lying around.

And there's batter left over for more later this week!

I am so full.
